Doctor Staman holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Emory University and earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He completed an internship at Ochsner Clinic Foundation and an ophthalmology residency at LSU Ochsner.
Following residency training, Dr. Staman completed a vitreoretinal fellowship at the Foundation for Retinal Research in New Orleans.
Doctor Staman joined Florida Retina Institute in August, 2013.
Dr. Jonathan Staman is a Jacksonville native and an avid Jaguars football fan. He also enjoys biking and spending time with his family.
